The authentic Thai food is prepared by chef and owner Jitrada Dreier. Jitrada's original recipes, passion for cooking and culinary education in her home in central Thailand make her dishes unique in the Salt Lake City dining scene.

Choice of chicken, beef, pork, or tofu: Steamed and deep-fried egg noodles in a special coconut curry with carrots, broccoli, cabbage, red onions, scallions, and cilantro.

 

SEN LEX NAM

Steamed sticky rice noodles with choice of meat. bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and deep-fried egg noodles in chicken broth; topped with deep-fried egg noodles, fried garlic, scallions, and cilantro.

 

PAD GRA PROW MIXED SEA FOOD

Stir-fried shrimp, squid, scallops, and mussels with bell peppers, onions, string beans, spicy Thai chili, garlic, and Thai basil.

 

PANANG SALMON CURRY

Crispy fried salmon filet in a medium-spiced Panang curry with Kaffir lime leaves, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers and Thai basil.

 

PAD CHA

Choice of meat stir-fired with coconut milk, zucchini, brocolli, string beans, garlic, bel peppers, Kaffir lime leaves, sweet and Thai chilies and Thai basil.
